Quick, quick, quick!

I am sleepy and don't feel like blogging. So this will be a short one!

But whenever my mom is tired or we need to eat quick, she always whips up some stir fry! Brown rice with veggies! This is also a great way to get rid of extra veggies that you have in your fridge/freezer. Just boil the veggies of choice til tender, make up some brown rice (we use instant), and put it all together!

Broccoli, red pepper, carrots, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Add a little spice or soy sauce and you've got a wonderful dinner! :)

  1. When I am tired or need to eat quick I have myself a peanut butter and jam sandwich, I know, I am LAME! And I know a stir-fry doesn't take up much time to prepare, but at least with a PB & J there's no dishes to wash afterwards! LOL
