I found the original recipe here but I made several adjustments. The following is my version!
Easy Vegan Cashew Dip
1 cup cashews, soaked in water for at least 1 hour (preferably 24 hours)
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 generous shakes of pepper
Onion powder and garlic powder to taste
1/4 cup water
Soak, drain, and rinse the cashews. Pulse cashews, lemon juice,
and spices until mixed. Add water and process until smooth.
That's it! I told you it was easy! My whole family loved it. I served this with crackers, celery, and carrots. The Everything flavored Ritz crackers are AMAZING with this. Shout out to Ritz!
